I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, the atmosphere was incredibly cozy and felt just like home, and the new managers, Melba and Carl, were always there to help. However, my room was in a terrible state with cleanliness issues that made me really uncomfortable. It's a shame because the place has the potential to be amazing, but cleanliness definitely needs to be addressed.
